75
1 We give thanks to you, God;
we give thanks, for your name is near.
People recount your wonderful deeds.
2 “When I choose the appointed time, I will judge with equity.
3 When the earth and all its inhabitants melt away, I am the one who has set its pillars firm. Selah.

4 I say to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,’ and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horn.
5 Do not lift your horn on high or speak with an arrogant neck.’ ”
6 For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west nor from the wilderness.
7 It is God who judges: he brings one down and lifts another up.
8 For in the LORD’s hand is a cup, with foaming wine, full of mixed drink.
He pours from it, and all the wicked of the earth will drain it, drinking even its dregs.
9 But I will declare it forever;
I will sing praise to the God of Jacob.
10 I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.
