Psalm.
Chapter 65.
Praise awaits you in silence, God, in Zion; to you the vow will be fulfilled.
You who hear prayer, to you all flesh will come.
Iniquities overwhelm me, but you atone for our transgressions.
Blessed is the one you choose and bring near to dwell in your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of your house, your holy temple.
With awesome deeds in righteousness you answer us, God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and the distant seas,
who establishes the mountains by his strength, girded with might,
who stills the roar of the seas, the roar of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples.
Those who dwell at the farthest reaches fear your signs; you make the coming of morning and evening shout for joy.
You visit the earth and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The stream of God is full of water; you prepare their grain, for so you prepare the earth.
You drench its furrows and level its ridges; you soften it with showers and bless its growth.
You crown the year with your goodness, and your paths drip abundance.
The wilderness pastures drip with it, and the hills gird themselves with joy.
The pastures clothe themselves with flocks, and the valleys wrap themselves in grain; they shout for joy and sing.
