This is the World English Bible Protestant Edition. It uses "LORD" or "GOD" for God's Proper Name in the Old Testament and U. S. A. spelling. It is a subset of the World English Bible Update. It contains only the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. Other variants are available:
World English Bible (Classic, original World English Bible than uses "Yahweh" for God's Name in the Old Testament and U. S. A. spelling.)

World English Bible Catholic (a subset of the World English Bible Update with the traditional Catholic book set and book order)
Note: in footnotes in the New Testament, "NU" refers to Nestle/Aland UBS critical New Testament textual variants, and "TR" refers to Textus Receptus textual variants.
