ProcessorDonor Tracking Notebook doesn't do mail merges. It only exports comma separated value (CSV) text files containing the data that is to be used for mail merge to print receipts, print envelopes, or print pledge reminders. You must become very familiar with your word processor's mail merge functions to use Donor Tracking Notebook effectively. Please refer to the documentation that came with your word proccessing software for more information.
