The system tab "Configure" button brings up a dialog box that allows you to specify the directory where your database files reside. It also allows you to name the groups you assign people to on the Address tab. When assigning these names, the ampersand character (&) causes the next character to be underlined in the labels on the Address tab page, and activates them for use as a selection character.
If you want to change the directory where Donor Tracking Notebook keeps its data files (and most people won't need to unless you intend to network several PCs together to use the same DTN database), you must first create that directory using Windows Explorer or the operating system command prompt, and copy the database files from the default database directory ("db" under the program installation directory) to the new directory. You may then type in the directory name in the configuration dialog box.
