23 “I also pleaded with the Loʀᴅ at that time, saying, 24 ‘O Lord 1Heb YHWH, usually rendered LoʀᴅGoᴅ, You have begun to show Your servant ADeut 11:2Your greatness and Your strong hand; for what BEx 8:10; 15:11; 2 Sam 7:22; Ps 71:19; 86:8god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as Yours? 25  ‘Let me, I pray, cross over and see the ADeut 4:22fair land that is beyond the Jordan, 1Lit thisthat good hill country and Lebanon.’ 26  “But ADeut 1:37the Loʀᴅ was angry with me on your account, and would not listen to me; and the Loʀᴅ said to me, ‘1Lit Enough for youEnough!
