A Psalm of Thanksgiving for God’s Justice.

1 I will give thanks to the Loʀᴅ with all APs 86:12my heart;
I will BPs 26:7tell of all Your 1Or miracleswonders.
2 I will be glad and APs 5:11; 104:34exult in You;
I will BPs 66:2, 4sing praise to Your name, O CPs 83:18; 92:1Most High.
3 When my enemies turn back,
They stumble and APs 27:2perish before You.
You have sat on the throne 2Or a righteous JudgeBPs 50:6judging righteously.
5 You have APs 119:21rebuked the nations, You have destroyed the wicked;
You have BPs 69:28; Prov 10:7blotted out their name forever and ever.
6 1Or O enemy, desolations are finished forever; And their cities You have plucked upThe enemy has come to an end in perpetual ruins,
And You have uprooted the cities;
The very APs 34:16memory of them has perished.
He has established His BPs 89:14throne for judgment,
8 And He will APs 96:13; 98:9judge the world in righteousness;
He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity.

A stronghold in times of trouble;

He does not forget BPs 9:18the cry of the afflicted.
13 Be gracious to me, O Loʀᴅ;
See my affliction from those APs 38:19who hate me,
You who BPs 30:3; 86:13lift me up from the gates of death,
14 That I may tell of APs 106:2all Your praises,
That in the gates of the daughter of Zion
I may BPs 13:5; 20:5; 35:9; 51:12rejoice in Your 1Or deliverancesalvation.
15 The nations have sunk down APs 7:15, 16in the pit which they have made;
In the BPs 57:6net which they hid, their own foot has been caught.
16 The Loʀᴅ has AEx 7:5made Himself known;
He has BPs 9:4executed judgment.

Even all the nations who BJob 8:13; Ps 50:22forget God.
18 For the APs 9:12; 12:5needy will not always be forgotten,
Nor the BPs 62:5; 71:5; Prov 23:18hope of the afflicted perish forever.
19 ANum 10:35Arise, O Loʀᴅ, do not let man prevail;
Let the nations be BPs 9:5judged before You.
20 Put them APs 14:5in fear, O Loʀᴅ;
Let the nations know that they are BPs 62:9but men. Selah.
