God the Judge of the Righteous and the Wicked.

1 AJosh 22:22The Mighty One, God, the Loʀᴅ, has spoken,
And summoned the earth BPs 113:3from the rising of the sun to its setting.
2 Out of Zion, APs 48:2; Lam 2:15the perfection of beauty,
God BDeut 33:2; Ps 80:1; 94:1has shone forth.
3 May our God APs 96:13come and not keep silence;
BLev 10:2; Num 16:35; Ps 97:3; Dan 7:10Fire devours before Him,
And it is very CPs 18:12, 13tempestuous around Him.
4 He ADeut 4:26; 31:28; 32:1; Is 1:2summons the heavens above,
And the earth, to judge His people:

Those who have made a BEx 24:7; 2 Chr 6:11; Ps 25:10covenant with Me by CPs 50:8sacrifice.”
