10 “Because you have APs 83:4-12; Ezek 36:2, 5said, ‘These two nations and these two lands will be mine, and we will possess 1Lit itthem,’ although the BPs 48:1-3; 132:13, 14; Is 12:6; Ezek 48:35; Zeph 3:15Loʀᴅ was there, 11 therefore as I live,” declares the Lord Goᴅ, “I will deal with you APs 137:7; Ezek 25:14; Amos 1:11according to your anger and according to your envy which you showed because of your hatred against them; so I will BPs 9:16; 73:17, 18make Myself known among them when I judge you. 12  “Then you will know 1Or that I am the Loʀᴅ: I have heardthat I, the Loʀᴅ, have heard all your revilings which you have spoken against the mountains of Israel saying, ‘They are laid desolate; they are AJer 50:7; Ezek 36:2given to us for food.’ 13  “And you have 1Lit made great with your mouthAIs 10:13, 14; 36:20; Jer 48:26, 42; Dan 11:36spoken arrogantly against Me and have multiplied your words against Me; BJer 7:11; 29:23I have heard it.” 14  ‘Thus says the Lord Goᴅ, “As all the AIs 44:23; 49:13; Jer 51:48earth rejoices, I will make you a desolation. 15  “As you AJer 50:11; Lam 4:21rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it was desolate, BObad 15so I will do to you. You will be a CIs 34:5, 6; Ezek 35:3, 4desolation, O Mount Seir, and all Edom, all of it. Then they will know that I am the Loʀᴅ.” ’
