Israel Redeemed
1 But now, thus says the Loʀᴅ, your AIs 43:15Creator, O Jacob,
And He who BIs 43:7, 21; 44:2, 21, 24formed you, O Israel,
“Do not CIs 43:5fear, for I have DIs 44:22, 23; 48:20redeemed you;
I have EGen 32:28; Is 43:7; 45:3, 4called you by name; you are FIs 43:21Mine!
And through the rivers, they will not overflow you.
When you CIs 29:6; 30:27-29; Dan 3:25, 27walk through the fire, you will not be scorched,
Nor will the flame burn you.
3 “For AEx 20:2I am the Loʀᴅ your God,
The Holy One of Israel, your BIs 19:20; 43:11; 45:15, 21; 49:26; 60:16; 63:8Savior;
I have given Egypt as your ransom,

Israel Is God’s Witness
8 Bring out the people who are AIs 6:9; 42:19; Ezek 12:2blind, even though they have eyes,
And the deaf, even though they have ears.
9 All the nations have AIs 34:1; 41:1gathered together
So that the peoples may be assembled.
Who among them can BIs 41:22, 23, 26declare this
And proclaim to us the former things?
Or let them hear and say, “It is true.”
10 “You are AIs 44:8My witnesses,” declares the Loʀᴅ,
“And BIs 41:8My servant whom I have chosen,
So that you may know and believe Me
And understand that CIs 41:4I am He.
DIs 45:5, 6Before Me there was no God formed,
And there will be none after Me.
11 “I, even I, am the Loʀᴅ,

12 “It is I who have declared and saved and proclaimed,

So you are My witnesses,” declares the Loʀᴅ,
“And I am God.

Babylon to Be Destroyed

“For your sake I have sent to Babylon,
And will bring them all down as fugitives,

The Shortcomings of Israel
22 “Yet you have not called on Me, O Jacob;
